Please bring your passport and voucher to present at Box Office to exchange the physical ticket.
The park is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Information before booking
• The ticket is available to customers of non-Thai nationality only
• Children under 4 years of age are free of charge
• Children's tickets are available for children 5 to 12 years of age
• Children over 13 will be charged as adults
• Please bring your own towel
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed
• Children under 1.22 meters, or 4 feet, and customers who cannot swim are required to wear life jackets (available free of charge)
• The water park is not suitable for pregnant women and customers with infectious diseases
